Rhetorik announces that John South, a 25-year veteran of technology sales and sales management, has been named VP North America to spearhead the development of its suite of IT sales and marketing intelligence data and tools focused on Europe.
Rhetorik’s recently expanded NetFinder+ European sales lead platform and accompanying DataClinik(tm) hygiene and enrichment services support client requirements for high quality data and data hygiene services in multiple countries across Europe and beyond.
Prior to joining Rhetorik, South spent 16 years in new business development for technology services, most recently serving as Director of Business Development at Imperium, Vice President of Sales at technographics provider Datanyze and head of Client Success & Sales at Aberdeen. He also served as Senior Director of Membership Development for the Technology Services Industry Association. In these leadership roles, South was responsible for driving sales, new business development, and planning strategies for the sales teams.
John South holds a BA in Communications from San Diego State University. When he is not helping technology companies increase global sales, he can be found coaching The Special Olympics Golf Team, in the gym, rooting for Ohio State football, or spending time with his two daughters Zoe and Nirvana.
